  If there is an issue, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return.

If more than 14 days have passed since the item was marked as "delivered" it is ineligible for a return.

Why Do I Have To Submit A Return Request?

I am more than happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction. A return request allows me to review your purchase on an individual basis so I can better understand how to help you moving forward.

What Happens After I Submit A Return Request?

I'll individually review your return request and respond within 2-3 business days.

What Happens If My Return Request Is Approved?

If approved, I'll send you a pre-paid return label. Once the item has been returned back to my studio in its ORIGINAL, UNWORN condition with TAGS STILL ATTACHED, I'll refund you the purchase price minus the cost of the return shipping label and a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds will not be granted if item is dirty, visibly worn, tags are removed, or all packaging components haven't been included.

Items must be received back within 14 days of return approval to avoid additional fees.
